Human Resource Management System (HRMIS) is running in Regions, Ranges, Districts and units of Sindh. The objective of HRMIS is to automate/computerize the previous record of police personnel recorded in service sheet and update the current record on daily basis.
This system is meant for criminal record management and identification of criminals by using Biometrics, physical appearance and previous crime history. The main features of this system include development of database of digitized finger prints of criminals and identification of their latent and other finger prints through automation. The central database of the fingerprints is integrated with all the districts and other field units of Sindh police and prisons of Sindh, so that a criminal of one district can easily be identified in another district/unit. Furthermore, it is integrated with CRMS of Punjab.

Hotel Eye Management system is a web application to log the check-in/ checkout in hotels along with CNIC and personal details of visitors. This system is integrated with NADRA, PSRMS and CRO and if someone having record in aforementioned databases checks in, a notification is sent to police officials who then can take appropriate action. Also, the data base built using this software is very helpful for Police to search any particular record of an individual or a particular area/ Hotel.
Police Station Record Management System (PSRMS) has been operational in all Police Stations of Sindh. Presently all FIRs are being entered in the system and corresponding entries into different registers are done electronically by the system itself. The supervisory officers can see status of a specific case and also obtain other information like recovery, witnesses, sureties, case diaries, name of victims, name of accused, name of witnesses, challan date, next date of hearing, & gender of victims etc.
The Driving License department is an important organ of Sindh Police entrusted to issue driving license and permits related to the driving to qualified drivers after ensuring sense of driving laws, driving ethics, road sense.
Sindh Police introduce new feature of Leaner?s license registration on our Public app available free on Google store. Now applicants can fill out the registration online and once he/she submits the registration application will give them the token number. Once the token number issued applicant need to visit the particular Driving License branch where applicant will be screened for medical fitness and once he/she declare fit the applicant will be given the license after paying the required license fee.

This facility is fully operational at the provincial, regional and district level police offices of Sindh. All conferences throughout Sindh with RPOs, CPOs and DPOs, are held on this system on a notice of few minutes by the IGP Sindh. This system has proved to be highly efficient, time and resource saving.
Resource Management System is comprehensive software with biometric verification system designed for Sindh Police inventory of Hardware in Warehouses, Clothing Store, Arms and Ammunition Store, Kot items, Furniture, Electrical / General items and IT Equipment. With RMS application, Sindh Police will automate the basics of inventory and the processes involved in issuing items to their recruits/branch offices and how to make them work in its scenario.
